When I create a new Calendar, and publish it, I get a series of checkboxes, to publish Notes, File Attachments etc...

I've attached a Small PDF to a Date, as well all of my Calendar events have detailed notes.

When I select "Publish", I check ALL boxes, however all subscribers to my Calendar, dont get my notes, or the file attachments.

If they view the calendar "On Line", the notes are there, the File attachments don't show up anywhere.

Do you figure this is "Future implementation?m just wonder why they'd give us the preferences now.

I'm trying to share / publish a Day Schedule, with contact information, phone numbers, specific show information, which neatly fits into the notes on my iCal. However, when I publish this info, I want to share it with a crew of 10 people (All with Mac's) this WOULD be the perfect instant solution... I just can't get it to work.

From iCal Help topic: Adding other people's calendars to your Calendars list.
Quote:
If you want to receive any to-do items or attachments, or hear any alarms associated with the calendar, deselect the appropriate Remove checkboxes.

It appears that subscribers don't see attachments or to-do items by default. Have they configured their iCal settings to see the attachments?

Hmm... i don't see any of that "Remove By Default" functionality, checked in my iCal preferences - in fact the only checkboxes I have, all UNchecked by default in iCal prefs are

- Hide To Do Items
- Hide to do items 7 days after they've completed
- Delete events 30 days after they've completed
- Delete to do 30 days...
- Turn Off Alarms
- Turn Off Alarms when iCal isnt open
- Automaticly retrieve invitations from Mail

** Clear Atendee Cache *** <-- Button

NOTE *** While I was creating this post, I found it in the "Subscribe Dialog**

All those "Remove items" are checked by default, when Subscribing !!

thanks
